The Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act of 2009 ensures that tenants in foreclosed properties can remain in place through the end of their lease in most situations. Michigan Management and Property Maintenance can manage these tenants including collecting rent, managing work orders, and compliance. Rental income is dispersed monthly along with detailed statements.
